Cognitive Intervention: A New Perspective of Strategic Deception

[目的/意义]把认知干预理论和方法引入战略欺骗中,为战略欺骗研究提供新的视角。[方法/过程]厘清认知干预的理论基础和战略欺骗的心理学维度及二者的关联,从认知干预的视角分析战略欺骗实施的流程,并梳理战略欺骗中常见的认知干预方法。[结果/结论]运用认知干预的方法实施战略欺骗可以使敌方陷入认知偏差、思维固化、决策失误中,是重要的辅助性手段,充当了国家力量的倍增器,有助于有效应对新的国际局势和挑战。

[Purpose/Significance] Cognitive intervention theory and method are introduced into strategic deception to provide a new perspective for strategic deception research.[Method/Process] This paper clarifies the theoretical basis of cognitive intervention and the psychological dimension of strategic deception,as well as the relationship between them. It also analyses the process of implementing strategic deception from the perspective of cognitive intervention,and combs the common cognitive intervention methods in strategic deception.[Result/Conclusion] Using cognitive intervention to implement strategic deception can make the enemy fall into cognitive bias,thinking solidification and decision-making errors. It is an important auxiliary means and serves as a multiplier of national strength,which helps to effectively deal with the new international situation and challenges.
