摘要 介绍了空心配重块铸件的结构及技术要求,详细阐述了该铸件的铸造工艺设计:(1)采用底注式浇注系统,选用泡沫陶瓷过滤片净化铁液;(2)设计外冷铁、保温冒口及排气溢流冒口,提高铸件的补缩能力及效果;(3)设计良好的平衡砂芯及芯骨、排气系统,加强砂芯及砂型的排气。生产结果表明:铸件的表面质量及内部质量良好,未发现壁厚偏差、缩孔、缩松、气孔、夹渣等缺陷;铸件的球化率为95%,石墨等级为6级,抗拉强度为528MPa,屈服强度为338MPa,伸长率为9%,各项指标均符合技术要求。 The casting structure and technical requirements of the hollow weight block were introduced. The casting process design of the casting was elaborated:(1)Bottom injection type pouring system was used and foam ceramic filter was chosen to purify the molten iron.(2)Outside cold iron,insulated rwaser and exhaust overflow rwaser were designed to improve the feeding capacity and effect of castings.(3)Well balanced sand core and core bone,exhaust system,strengthen sand core and sand type exhaust were designed. The production results showed that the surface quality and internal quality of the castings were good. No defects such as wall thickness deviation,shrinkage,porosity,slag inclusion were found. The spheroidization rate of the casting was 95%,the graphite grade was 6,and the tensile strength was 528 MPa,the yield strength was 338 MPa,and the elongation was 9%. All the indicators met the technical requirements.
