摘要
介绍了空调压缩机铸件的结构及技术要求,详细阐述了该铸件的原生产工艺及存在的问题,采取了以下改进措施:(1)熔炼工序严格控制化学成分及石墨形态,防止出现白口倾向;(2)浇注工序严格控制浇注温度和浇注时间;(3)严格控制型砂水分,减少型砂水分的波动性,将型砂的湿压强度控制到一定程度,减少铸件的砂孔、气孔等缺陷;(4)改进模具设计,实现每个铸件等流量、等压力进铁液,将直浇道进行搭接,缓冲铁液对砂型的冲刷力,尽可能缩短浇道,减少铁液充型时的温度损失。生产结果显示:铸件的切削加工性能较好,品质稳定,市场不良率≤2.5%。
The structure and technical requirements of air-conditioner compressor castings were introduced. The original production process and exwasting problems of the castings were described in detail. The following improvement measures were taken:(1)The smelting process strictly controls the chemical composition and graphite form to prevent chilling tendency.(2)The pouring temperature and pouring time were strictly controlled.(3)Strictly control the sand mowasture,reduce the fluctuation of the sand mowasture,control the wet compressive strength of the sand to a certain extent,and reduce the casting defects like sand holes and pores.(4)Improve the mold design,realize the equal flow rate and equal pressure in each casting. The sprue was overlapped,buffering the flushing force of the melt on sand,shortening the runner as much as possible,and reducing the temperature loss during the filling of the molten iron. The production results showed that the casting had good cutting machinability and stable quality. The defect rate was no more than 2.5%.
