综采工作面过煤层冲刷带工艺方案

摘要 分析汾源煤业8114工作面距切眼700m处煤层冲刷带的实际情况,决定对冲刷带岩石进行提前掏掘形成空巷,采用锚杆索配合点柱进行支护和空巷煤柱侧围岩注浆加固方式,强化过空巷时的安全措施,实现了综采工作面顺利通过冲刷带。 Based on the analysis of the actual situation of coal seam scouring zone in 8114 working face of Fenyuan Coal Industry 700m away from the cut hole,it is decided to excavate the rock in the scouring zone ahead of time to form an empty roadway,bolt-cable support with point pillar and grouting reinforcement of surrounding rock of coal pillar side of the empty roadway should be adopted to strengthen the safety measures when passing through the empty roadway,so as to realize the smooth passage of the scouring zone in fully mechanized mining face.
