摘要
以鑫安煤矿-600m运输巷道为研究对象,巷道围岩十分破碎,裂隙发育,影响巷道正常使用。在U型钢支架-锚索协同支护理论分析基础上,提出采用U型钢支架-锚索对巷道进行支护,应用于工程实际。通过现场监测和数值模拟分析,顶底板移近量减少85.03%,两帮移近量减少90%以上,巷道变形得到有效控制,为同类巷道支护提供参考。
Taking the-600m transport roadway of Xin'an Coal Mine as the research object,the surrounding rock of roadway is very fragmented and the cracks appear,which affects the normal use of the roadway.Based on the theoretical analysis of the coordinated support of U-shaped steel support and anchor rope,the paper proposes to support the roadway with U-shaped steel support and anchor rope,and applies the technique to the engineering practice.Through field monitoring and numerical simulation analysis,the roof-to-floor convergence decreases by 85.03%,the two-sides convergence decreases by more than 90%,and the deformation of the roadway is effectively controlled,providing reference for similar roadway support.
