综采工作面深孔注浆加固研究

摘要 本文以苏村煤业10202工作面为工程背景,通过对工作面煤层顶底板情况分析,选择采用煤岩体深孔注浆加固方案,注浆材料选用联邦加固液,分段止浆塞封堵注浆方式实现分段封孔,分次注浆。实践效果表明,采用该技术后,破碎的煤岩体得到有效胶结,围岩稳定性较好。 Based on the engineering background of 10202 working face of Sucun Coal Industry,through the analysis of the situation of roof and floor of working face,this paper chooses the scheme of deep hole grouting reinforcement of coal and rock mass,the grouting material chooses the Federal reinforcement fluid,and the grouting method of block grouting by block grouting is used to realize the sectional sealing and grouting by stages.Practical results show that the broken coal and rock mass are effectively cemented and the surrounding rock is stable after using this technology.
