软煤层顺层钻孔风排渣施工孔口降尘技术 被引量:1

摘要 山西潞安集团左权阜生煤业主要采用压风排渣方式施工松软煤层顺层钻孔,钻孔过程中产生煤粉尘,巷道能见度低于0.5m,降低了作业效率,操作失误率增高。对此,针对性地设计了CS-24Q型矿用湿式气动除尘器及配套降尘技术,粉尘浓度检测结果表明该除尘技术能有效改善工作环境,保障安全生产。 Zuoquan Fusheng Coal Mine of Shanxi Lu5an Group mainly use air pressure and slag discharge method to construct boreholes along soft coal seam.Coal dust is produced during drilling,and the visibility of roadway is less than 0.5m,which reduces the operation efficiency and increases the operational error rate.In this regard,CS-24Q wet pneumatic dust collector and its associated dust reduction technology were designed and studied.The dust concentration test results show that the dust reduction technology can effectively improve the working environment and ensure safe production.
