综采工作面上隅角CO积聚特征与成因分析

摘要 综采工作面上隅角CO超限是困扰安全生产的难题,通过对综采工作面和隔离煤柱进行气体采样测试与分析,得出了工作面上隅角CO主要气体来源和数值特征。通过对工作面的上隅角测点区域进行划分和分析,得出了CO浓度变化规律,并分析了形成原因后提出了CO超限治理措施。现场实践应用表明工作面上隅角CO治理效果良好,具有较大推广意义。 Over-limit of CO in upper comer of fully mechanized mining face is a difficult problem that puzzles safety production.Through gas sampling test and analysis of fully mechanized mining face and isolated coal pillar,the main gas sources and numerical characteristics of CO in upper corner of fully mechanized mining face are obtained.By dividing and analyzing the measuring points in the upper corner of the working face,the law of CO concentration variation is obtained,and the causes of formation are analyzed,and the control measures for CO exceeding the limit are put forward.Field application shows that CO control in the upper corner of the working face is effective and has great popularization significance.
