摘要
针对霍煤腾晖煤矿2-104回采工作面瓦斯涌出量大、钻屑敏感指标值较大、预抽煤层瓦斯困难等严重影响掘进速度的情况,采用液态CO2相变致裂技术进行强化抽采。实践表明,该工艺能够有效促进煤层裂隙发育,增加煤层透气系数,大大降低钻屑瓦斯解析指标,实现煤层巷道的快速掘进。
Aiming at the situation that the gas emission quantity in the 2-104 mining face of Tenghui Coal Mine,the sensitive index value of drilling cuttings is high,the gas in coal seams is difficult to be pre-pumped,and the driving speed is seriously affected,the liquid CO2 phase change splitting technique is used to strengthen the extraction.The practice shows that the technology can effectively promote the development of coal seam fractures,increase the permeability of coal seams,greatly decrease the resolution index of cuttings gas,and realize the rapid tunneling of coal seam roadway.
