恩施州中药材类特色农产品优势区创建的思考

Thoughts on the establishment of advantageous areas of characteristic agricultural products of Chinese medicines in Enshi prefecture

创建特色农产品优势区,是党中央、国务院新的重大决策部署,是深入推进农业供给侧结构性改革与农业高质量发展、实施乡村振兴战略与兴旺乡村优势特色产业的重要创新举措。在介绍特色农产品优势区的由来与进展的基础上,分析了全国中药材类中国特色农产品优势区概况,研究恩施州中药材资源与产业优势,探讨其道地药材类国家级与省级特色农产品优势区创建的策略,并提出了10点建议。

The creation of a special agricultural product advantage zone is a major decision-making arrangement of the Party Central Committee and the State Council. It is an important innovative measure to further promote the structural reform of the agricultural supply side and the high-quality development of agriculture, the implementation of the rural revitalization strategy and the prosperity of the rural characteristic industries. On the basis of introducing the origin and progress of the characteristic agricultural product superiority area, the general situation of the Chinese traditional agricultural products superiority area of Chinese herbal medicines are analyzed. The resources and industrial advantages of Chinese herbal medicines in Enshi Prefecture are studied. The strategy for the establishmnet of the dominant areas of national and provincial specialty agricultural products is discussed, and 10 suggestions are put forward.
