挤压比对2014铝合金组织及性能的影响 被引量:2

摘要 为了研究2014铝合金经不同挤压比挤压后组织及性能变化规律,采用挤压比为9∶1和16∶1在挤压温度420℃、挤压速度1.34mm/s的试验条件对2014铝合金进行挤压。结果表明,在挤压比为9∶1时,动态再结晶现象不显著,铸态组织缺陷未能完全消除,晶粒尺寸较大;在挤压比为16∶1时,铸态组织缺陷大部分消除,动态再结晶明显,晶粒细小,第二相分布均匀,形变强化作用大,试样无裂纹;挤压比为16∶1的2014铝合金性能优于挤压比9∶1的2014铝合金性能。 In order to study the changes of structure and properties of 2014 aluminum alloy after extrusion at different extrusion ratios, extrusion ratios of 9∶1 and 16∶1 were used to extrude 2014 aluminum alloy at 420 ℃ and 1.34 mm/s extrusion speed. The results show that when extrusion ratio is 9∶1, the phenomenon of dynamic recrystallization is not significant, the defects of as-cast structure cannot be eliminated completely, and the grain size is larger;when extrusion ratio is 16∶1, the defects of as-cast structure are mostly eliminated, dynamic recrystallization is obvious, the grain size is fine, the second phase distribution is uniform, the deformation strengthening effect is large, and the specimen has no cracks;the properties of 2014 aluminum alloy with extrusion ratio of 16∶1 are better than that with ratio 9∶1.
