摘要
纵观煤矿的发展历程,瓦斯爆炸所造成的生产安全事故占据较大比例,严重威胁了工作人员的生命安全以及企业的财产安全。究其原因,与煤矿通风安全管理工作的不足存在着较大的关系。如果瓦斯的浓度达到了一定的范围,那么在作业的过程中,一旦出现火源,则极容易造成重大安全事故。此外,通风管理工作的不足,还会造成井下有害气体浓度超标,井下粉尘颗粒含量过高等一系列的不良影响。基于此,本文阐述了我国煤矿通风安全管理目前所存在的问题,并针对这些问题提出了一定建设性的建议。
Throughout the development process of coal mine, the production safety accidents caused by gas explosion occupy a large proportion, which seriously threatens the life safety of staff and property safety of enterprises. The reasons are closely related to the insufficiency of safety management in coal mines ventilation. If the gas concentration reaches a certain range, in the process of operation, once the fire source occurs, it is very easy to cause major safety accidents. In addition, the inadequacy of ventilation management will cause a series of adverse effects, such as excessive concentration of harmful gas and excessive dust content. Based on this, this paper elaborates the existing problems of ventilation safety management in coal mines in China, and puts forward some constructive suggestions for these problems.
