气井井筒积液分析及排水采气工艺研究 被引量:4

摘要 气井随着开发的不断深入,在一定地质条件下,会产出水。而当气井自身气量无法将水带出井筒时就会形成井筒内积液。气井井筒积液会造成井口油套压逐步降低,导致生产能力降低,影响气井生产,制约采收率的提高。本文主要通过利用气井动态分析临界流量判断、井筒积液计算等方法对气井井筒积液进行简要的分析,并提出较为合理的排水采气工艺技术方法,从而解决排除气井井筒积液引起的采收率低的问题。 With the deepening of development, gas wells will produce water under certain geological conditions. However, when the gas well itself cannot carry water out of the wellbore, it will form fluid accumulation in the wellbore. The accumulation of fluid in the wellbore of a gas well will gradually reduce the casing pressure at the wellhead, resulting in a decrease in production capacity, affecting the production of the gas well and restricting the improvement of recovery ratio. In this paper, the critical flow judgment of gas well dynamic analysis and the calculation of well bore effusion are used to analyze well bore effusion briefly, and a more reasonable drainage gas production technology is proposed to solve the problem of low recovery caused by well bore effusion.
