摘要
以某矿1307工作面为研究对象,分析了巷道底板注浆加固的机理,并采用FLAC3D对巷道无支护、底角锚索、注浆锚杆和注浆锚索进行数值模拟,通过垂直位移图得到采用注浆锚索效果最优,并分析了注浆锚索的参数。对底板支护效果进行效果检验,结果表明,采用注浆锚索提高了底板围岩强度,有利于矿井安全生产。
Taking 1307 working face of a mine as the research object, this paper analyzed the mechanism of roadway floor grouting reinforcement, and used FLAC^3D to simulate roadway without support, bottom angle anchor cable, grouting anchor rod and grouting anchor cable. Through vertical displacement diagram, the optimum effect of grouting anchor cable was obtained, and the parameters of grouting anchor cable were analyzed. The effect test of floor support is made. The results show that the use of grouting anchor cable improves the strength of floor surrounding rock and is conducive to mine safety production.
