摘要
山西某矿15026综采工作面顶板为石灰岩,较为坚硬,回采工作面推进后,采空区顶板不能及时的垮落,给回采工作带来严重的不利影响。基于此,采用高压水力压裂技术对坚硬顶板进行弱化,结果表明,采用该技术后,顶板的初期来压步距在26m左右,来压期间,综采工作面的液压支架工作状态良好,工作阻力最大值在7892KN,为支架额定工作阻力的83.1%,表明采用的水力压裂施工可以满足矿井对坚硬顶板弱化的要求。
The roof of 15026 fully mechanized mining face in a mine in Shanxi is limestone, which is relatively hard. After advancing the mining face, the roof of goaf can not collapse in time, which brings serious adverse effects to the mining work. Based on this, the high pressure hydraulic fracturing technology is used to weaken the hard roof. The results show that the initial weighting step of the roof is about 26 m. During weighting period, the hydraulic support of fully mechanized mining face works well. The maximum working resistance is 7892 KN, which is 83.1% of the rated working resistance of the support. Hydraulic fracturing construction can meet the requirement of weakening hard roof in mine.
