摘要
根据井下煤炭生产特点,在对皮带输送机变频调速实测分析的基础上,对皮带输送机进行了相关改造,主要是在皮带的机尾以及距离机尾一段位置处安设压力传感器,根据压力传感器变化情况,对变频控制器输出的频率值进行控制,从而达到降低皮带输送机能耗的目的,增强矿井的经济效益。
According to the production characteristics of underground coal, on the basis of the actual measurement and analysis of the frequency conversion and speed regulation of belt conveyor, the belt conveyor has been reformed correspondingly. The transformation is mainly to install pressure sensors at the tail and a section from the tail of the belt, and control the frequency value output by the frequency conversion controller according to the change of the pressure sensors, so as to achieve the purpose of reducing energy consumption of the belt conveyor and enhancing the economic benefits of the mine.
