摘要 我国是焦炭生产和使用大国,每年约生产和使用5亿吨焦炭,焦炭在生产过程中产生了大量的焦炉烟气,以前通过烟筒排放到大气中,排放物中有SO2、NOx及粉尘等,造成了环境严重污染,2012年6月,环境保护部及国家质量监督检验检疫局联合发布了《炼焦化学工业污染物排放标准》,明确规定了焦化工业的大气污染物排放标准,对于国家重点环保治理城市26+2执行超低排放标准,要求烟气中SO2不超30mg/m^3,NOx不超150mg/m^3,粉尘不超15mg/m^3;目前所有焦化厂均安装了烟气脱硫装置,目前国内运行较好的脱硫工艺主要三种,分别是:SDS工艺、CFB工艺、SDA工艺,本文就是对这三种工艺进行比较分析,以便同行进行选择。 China is a big country in coke production and use, and produces and uses about 500 million tons of coke every year. In the process of coke production, a large amount of coke oven flue gas is produced, which was discharged into the atmosphere through the flue tube previously. SO2, NOx and dust in the discharged products caused serious environmental pollution. In June 2012, the Ministry of Environmental Protection and the National Bureau of Quality Supervision, Inspection and Quarantine jointly issued the Emission Standards of Pollutants from Coking Chemical Industry, which clearly stipulated the emission standards of atmospheric pollutants from Coking Chemical industry. For the key national environmental protection city 26+2, they carry out the ultra-low emission standards, which requires SO2 not exceed 30 mg/m^3 in flue gas, NOx not exceed 150 mg/m^3 and dust not exceed 15 mg/m^3 in flue gas. At present, all coking plants have installed flue gas desulfurization devices. At present, there are three main domestic well-functioning desulfurization processes. They are SDS process, CFB process and SDA process. This article is to compare and analyze these three processes, so as to facilitate selection for peers.
