摘要
格氏试剂(Grignard reagent)是由法国化学家格林尼亚于1901年在其老师巴比埃的指导下发现的一类关于镁的金属有机化合物。由于格氏试剂中碳的电负性比镁大,C-Mg键上的电子对偏向于C,使得烃基上带部分负电荷,Mg上带部分正电荷,能与几乎所有的官能团和很多的无机化合物发生作用,而且无需分离,可以直接进行,所以格氏试剂是一类亲核试剂,在有机合成中有着广泛的应用。
Grignard reagent(Grignard reagent) is a kind of metal organic compound about magnesium discovered by French chemist Greenia in 1901 under the guidance of his teacher Barbier. Because the electronegativity of carbon in Grignard reagent is greater than that of magnesium, and the electron pairs on C-Mg bond are biased towards C, which makes the alkyl group with partial negative charge and Mg with partial positive charge. Grignard reagent can interact with almost all functional groups and many inorganic compounds without separation, and can be directly carried out. Therefore, Grignard reagent is a kind of nucleophilic reagent, which is widely used in organic synthesis.
