5省(区)空军飞行学员医学选拔放射鉴定不合格异常谱分析 被引量:2

摘要 目的研究江西、广西、黑龙江、云南、贵州5省(区)应征参加空军飞行学员医学选拔的普通应届高中毕业生放射鉴定不合格淘汰异常谱,为进一步完善空军飞行学员医学选拔项目、鉴定标准,指导医学选拔管理决策提供依据。方法对5省(区)参加2018年空军飞行学员医学选拔的725名普通应届高中毕业生(均为初次参与招飞放射检查)放射资料进行统计,并对放射体检的不合格项目、各项目不合格率以及不同地区间各项目不合格率差异进行分析。结果5省(区)共725名学生接受放射检查,不合格30人,不合格率为4.1%。不合格项目排名依次为腰椎峡部裂、椎体楔形变、胸腰椎侧弯、肺结核可疑、腰椎先天发育异常。东北、西南及中南不同地区间放射不合格率比较差异无统计学意义。结论腰椎峡部裂、椎体楔形变、胸腰椎侧弯、肺结核可疑、腰椎先天发育变异是5省(区)空军飞行学员医学选拔放射鉴定淘汰的主要项目,各项目体检不合格率无明显地域差异性。 Objective To analyze the radiological results of aviation medical examinations students to be recruited into Air Force aviation schools in Jiangxi, Guangxi, Heilongjiang, Yunnan and Guizhou provinces in order to provide reference for establishing the items and standards of medical selection. Methods The data of 725 students was collected who participated in aviation medical radiological examinations for Air Force aviation schools in 2018 for the first time. The disqualification rate and related unqualified medical items were calculated, and the difference of the disqualification rate between these five regions was analyzed. Results A total of 725 students in five provinces received radiological examinations, 30 of them were unqualified, and the unqualified rate was 4.1%. According to the disqualification rate, the top five unqualified items were lumbar spondylolysis, scoliosis, wedging of vertebrae, pulmonary tuberculosis and centrum vertebrae malformation. There was no significant difference between Northeast China, Southwest China and Central South China in the disqualification rate. Conclusion Lumbar spondylolysis, scoliosis, wedging of vertebras, pulmonary tuberculosis and centrum vertebrae malformation are the main abnormal items in aviation medical radiological examinations for Air Force aviation schools and there is no significant difference between different areas in terms of the radiological disqualification rate.
