摘要
文章总结了企业经营管理模拟沙盘(以下简称企管沙盘)对抗赛中的竞技技巧。从企业经营过程来讲主要是供应、生产、销售三个阶段,体现在企管沙盘中的相应运作就是打广告、抢订单、开拓市场、提高生产能力、研发新产品。而沙盘模拟中制约一个企业竞争力的主要原因就是资金的筹集和运用;要想有效且充分地运用有限的资金达到在订单的数量、市场开发和生产能力之间的平衡,又保持与竞争对手的相对优势,就必须讲究抢订单、产品组合、市场开发等一系列技巧,从容应对各种环境和对手,从而处于不败之地。
This paper summarizes the competitive skills for enterprise management sand table simulation, referred to EMSTS in short. From the perspective of enterprise operational process, there are three stages of supply, production and sales, which are reflected in corresponding operations of EMSTS, namely, advertising, order grabbing, market development, production capacity improvement, and new product research and development. However, one of the main reasons to restrict the competitiveness of an enterprise is the raising and application of funds. In order to effectively and fully use limited funds to achieve balance among the number of orders, market development and production capacity, as well as to maintain the relative advantages with competitors, it is necessary to attach importance to a series of competitive skills of order grabbing, product combination, and market development, and to calmly deal with all kinds of environment and competitors, so as to be in an invincible position.
