当前我国民办高校管理体制中存在着管理主体不明确、管理制度不健全、管理特色不明显、管理方式不到位、管理色彩行政化等问题,相应解决的策略就应是明确管理的主体、建立健全管理制度、明显管理特色、管理方式到位、管理色彩去行政化。只有这样才能够解决制约民办高校发展体制方面的问题,达到促进我国民办高等事业发展的目的。

At present, there are problems in the management system of China s private colleges and universities, such as unclear management body, imperfect management system, ineffective management characteristics, inadequate management methods, and administrative management mode. The corresponding solutions are to define the management body, establish a sound management system, highlight management characteristics, perfect management system and de-administrate management mode. Only in this way can we solve the system problems impeding the development of private colleges and universities and achieve the goal of promoting the development of private higher education cause in China.
