国际化视角下大学生跨文化领导力培养方式探讨

Discussion on the Cultivation of College Students’ Cross-cultural Leadership from the Perspective of Internationalization

伴随全球一体化的深入发展,气候、能源、环境等全球性问题相继出现,国际关系博弈持续,国际社会间合作与竞争并存。国际化人才培养工作上升为国家战略,是我国应对全球化挑战的最重要措施。要培养大学生的跨文化领导力,应从意识态度、知识素养和行为能力三个维度着手,具体可通过拓展学生赴海外交流经历,开展与专业相结合的领导力教育,开设国际理解教育和校园国际化建设等方面提升学生的跨文化领导力。

With the further development of global integration, accompanying global issues related to climate, energyandenvironment have arisen. Meanwhile, the ongoing game of international relations persists, with nations pursuing strategies of competition and cooperation. One of the most important national strategies to address the challenges of globalization has been the cultivation of international talents. In this paper we discuss cultivating students cross-cultural leadership skills from three dimensions, specifically through the development of overseas experience, professional leadership trainingand the construction and promotion of an international campus environment.
