摘要
在强调公共交通站点地区一体化开发的TOD模式下,轨道交通综合体的建设成为重要课题。当前与地铁站点相结合的城市综合体在空间结构、物理环境、乘客体验、投资开发等方面存在一定问题,文章针对这四个问题提出解决策略之后,进一步提炼出轨道交通综合体的新型“G+TOD”模式,并加以论证,继而以南京市竹山路地铁站点轨交综合体为例,对提出的模式进行实践应用。
Under the TOD mode, which emphasizes the integrated development of public transportation sites, the construction of rail transit complex has become an important issue. The current urban complex combined with the subway station has certain problems in terms of spatial structure, physical environment, human experience, investment and development. This paper proposes solutions to these four problems, then further refines the new“ G+TOD” mode of the rail transit complex and demonstrates, and finally takes the rail transit complex of Zhushan Road subway station in Nanjing as an example to implement the proposed model.
