摘要
城市轨道交通站点的使用便利程度和空间环境质量影响着轨道交通出行比率,而轨道交通作为公共交通方式之一,其出行率的高低反映着城市建设是否具有可持续性。国际成功经验表明,站点地区开发影响着城市空间发展,本文以北京东站地块规划设计为例,对站城一体化的轨道交通枢纽地块建设方式展开探讨。文章认为,轨道交通枢纽地块与城市的一体化水平和站城之间在交通衔接、产业相关、空间互补以及场所文脉这几个方面的协调水平息息相关。衔接良好的交通方式、促使人与自然良性互动的空间环境品质、彰显城市人文精神的建筑景观特征,以及与城市互补的产业发展将有力地促进交通枢纽的发展,满足人们便捷出行与高品质的生活需求,从而实现站城一体化和城市的可持续化。
The accessibility of rail transit sites and the quality of their surroundings affect the city’s rail travel ratio. Rail, as a major public transport method, its travel ratio reflects the sustainable of a city’s construction. Successful international experience shows that the development of rail transit sites has an influence on urban space development. Taking the planning and design of the site of Beijing East Railway Station as an example, this paper explores the construction method of rail transit hub based on station-city integration. This paper believes that the integration level of the rail transit hub and the city is closely related to the coordination level between the station and the city in terms of traffic connection, industry correlation, spatial complementation and site context. The well-connected modes of transport, the good quality of public space that promotes positive human-nature interaction, the architectural landscape features that highlight the urban humanistic spirit, and the industrial development complementary to the city will all effectively promote the transport hub to meet people’s high demand of travel convenience and life quality, thereby achieving the station-city integration and achieving sustainable urbanization.
