In the process of increasing urbanization, a number of giant buildings have risen. In the past decade, mega-structure buildings appeared because of the requirements for large interior space. The architects pay more attention to the detailed design inside the buildings and integrate the detailed design in the buildings. The detailed design is an inseparable part of the buildings and make the buildings amiable. This article introduces detailed design of Changsha International Convention and Exhibition Center and its role in this giant building complex, thus triggering the thinking on detailed design.
