摘要
罗茨风机是聚乙烯装置输送粒料的关键机组,一旦出现故障,将会造成装置停工。某聚乙烯装置罗茨风机自运行以来,振动速度一直在10mm/s以上,因振速超标,出现了风机壳体、盖板断裂以及转子开裂报废等故障,严重影响该装置的正常运行。针对上述问题,对造成振动大的原因进行了分析,并提出了处理方法,从而延长了设备的运行周期。
The rotz fan was the key unit of polyethylene plant to transport pelletizing batch,once the failure occurred that would cause stop working of devices.A rotz fan of a polyethylene plant had vibration above 10 mm/s since its operation,due to excessive vibration,it caused the failure of the shell,cover plates and rotor cracking and scrapping of fan,which seriously affected the normal operation of the device.Aimed at the above problems,the cause of the vibration was analyzed,and the treatment method was elaborated,so as to extend the operating cycle of the equipment.
