随着某型飞机不断地交付用户,在外场试飞、训练、使用过程中,该型飞机暴露出一系列的使用故障。对近7年来某平台的飞机机翼整体油箱出现的故障进行统计分析,选取具有代表性的故障进行剖析,为外场机翼整体油箱故障的快速诊治提供了宝贵的经验,满足了用户对精品飞机的质量要求,最终实现了提升用户满意度的宗旨。

With the continuous delivery of a certain type of aircraft to users,a series of operational faults have been exposed in the process of field flight test,training and usage.the faults of the integral fuel tank of an aircraft wing on a certain platform in the past seven years were studied with statistical analysis,and typical and representative faults were selected for analysis,which provided rapid diagnosis and treatment for the faults of the integral fuel tank of an aircraft wing on the outfield,and provided valuable experience to meet the user’s quality requirements for high-quality aircraft,and ultimately achieved the purpose of improving customer satisfaction.
