摘要
为探讨斜齿轮渗碳淬火热处理工艺有限元仿真过程中的关键技术问题,基于材料性能模拟软件以及热处理仿真软件,以12CrNi3钢斜齿轮为研究对象,通过JMatPro软件建立了12CrNi3钢的材料性能数据库,获取了不同含碳量状态下12CrNi3钢的相变动力学参数及材料热物性参数,并结合实际斜齿轮的热处理工艺,应用DEFORM-HT软件模拟了斜齿轮的渗碳淬火热处理工艺过程,仿真结果显示了斜齿轮经渗碳淬火热处理工艺后,其齿根、齿顶和齿面表面含碳量分布信息及由表面到芯部的含碳量分布情况,同时仿真结果表明,热处理过程会使斜齿轮发生轻微变形并且使材料金相组织成分发生改变,通过改变仿真工艺参数可以实现对斜齿轮热处理工艺的优化,并为后续的斜齿轮磨削加工工艺参数的确定提供良好的理论指导。
In order to discuss the key technical problems in the finite element simulation process of the helical gear carburizing and quenching heat treatment process,and based on the material performance simulation software,the 12 CrNi3 steel helical gear was taken as the object and the heat treatment simulation software.The material properties database of12 CrNi3 steel was established by using JMatPro software and the phase transition kinetic parameters and thermal properties of 12 CrNi3 steel under different carbon contents were obtained.Took the actual heat treatment process of helical gears into account,the process of carburizing and quenching heat treatment of helical gears was simulated by using DEFORM-HT software.The results showed that the distributions of carbon content in the top land,bottom land and tooth flank and from the surface to the core after the carburizing and quenching heat treatment process of the helical gear.At the same time,the simulation results showed that the heat treatment process will slightly deform the helical gear and change the metallographic composition of the material.The optimization of the helical gear heat treatment process can be realized by changing the simulation process parameters and provided a good theoretical guidance for the subsequent determination of the helical gear grinding process parameters.
