Design of a Vehicle Display Console Based on Finite Element Analysis

摘要 针对车载移动指挥平台设计了人性化、高强度显控台。首先根据功能要求建立了显控台模型,并且对其进行了人机工程设计。运用有限元分析平台ANSYSWorkbench,对显控台结构进行了模态分析,在此基础上进行了随机振动分析,验证了所设计显控台的人机功效以及显控台结构的可靠性。该仿真设计方法可为相似产品的设计、验证提供参考。 A humanized and high-strength display console was designed for the vehicle mobile command platform.Firstly,the display console model was established according to the functional requirements,and the ergonomics design of display console was carried out.By using ANSYS Workbench,the modal analysis of the console structure was carried out,and on this basis,the random vibration analysis was carried out.The man-machine efficiency of the display console and the reliability of the console structure were verified.The simulation design method can provide reference for the design and verification of similar products.
