摘要
针对某无人机干扰车的车载雷达系统需要自动升降的要求,设计了一款能够协同车载雷达系统架设的电动翻转顶盖。阐述了该电动翻转顶盖的结构设计与真空导入工艺技术,电动机的选型与改造以及电动翻转顶盖的控制设计等。该电动翻转顶盖装置结构简单、质量较轻,具有翻转灵活、智能化高和可靠性强等特点,能够很好地配合需要升降的车载设备的工作,具有较高的应用价值。
Aimed at the features of the vehicle radar system for a drone jamming vehicle that needing to be automatically lifted and lowered,an electric flip top cover that can be erected with the vehicle radar system was designed.The structure design and vacuum introduction technology of the electric flip top cover,the selection and modification of the motor and the control design of the electric flip top cover were described.The electric flip top cover device had the advantages of simple structure,light weight,flexible turning,high intelligence,high reliability,and so on,and it can well cooperate with the work of the vehicle equipment that needs to be lifted and lowered,so it had wide application value.
