Studies on the Treatment of Antimonic Wastewater from Pb-Zn-Sb Tailings Pond by Sulfate-reducing Bacteria

摘要 研究考察了硫酸盐还原菌(SRB)最佳生长条件、含Sb废水处理能力,并探究SRB处理酸雨淋滤过程中尾矿含Sb废水的能力。试验表明SRB最佳生长条件为pH值为6.0~8.0,温度为30~35℃,接种量15%;当Sb质量浓度为10mg/L时,SRB对Sb的去除率达到97.1%,即使Sb质量浓度高达1000mg/L时,SRB仍然具备处理Sb的能力。柱状淋滤试验表明,SBR通过还原硫酸盐形成固体硫化物沉淀、抑制尾矿渗滤液pH值降低趋势,可以有效降低酸雨淋滤尾矿库重金属溶出的风险。 In this study, the optimum growth conditions and the treatment capacity on antimony containing wastewater of sulfate-reducing bacteria(SRB) were investigated. Meanwhile ,the effect of SRB on the change of antimony content in tailing leachate during acid rain leaching was explored. The test showed the optimum conditions of SRB were pH 6.0 ~ 8.0, temperature of 30 ~ 35 ℃, inoculation amount of 15%. When the initial content of antimony is 10 mg/L, the remove rate of antimony reach to 97.1%. SRB has the ability to treat antimony even the antimony concentration was as high as 1 000 mg/L. The column leaching test showed, SBR can effectively reduce the risk of heavy metal dissolution in acid rain leaching tailings by the process of reducing sulfate to solid sulfide precipitation and inhibiting the pH reduction trend of tailings leachate.
