太湖流域工业园区再生水回用政策与实践研究 被引量:2

摘要 再生水回用是解决水资源短缺的重要途径。以太湖流域国家级工业园区、省级工业园区和县市级化工行业主导型园区为研究对象,开展工业园区再生水回用政策与实践情况研究,分别阐述再生水回用管理政策、回用用途、制备技术、再生水价格等现状,揭示激励措施缺乏、管网建设不够完善、未实现统一规划、水质缺乏保障等问题,急需从政策法规层面着手,多管齐下,促进再生水回用产业的快速发展。 The reuse of reclaimed water is an important way to solve the shortage of water resources. The research on the policies and practices of the reclaimed water reuse in Taihu basin was conducted. Taking the national, provincial industrial parks and some country-level chemical industrial parks as the research objects, the policies, usage, preparative technique and price of reclaimed water were investigated. Some issues were found, such as the deficiency of pipeline construction, incentive measures, unified planning, quality guarantee, and so on. It is necessary to improve policies and regulations to promote the rapid development of reclaimed water reuse.
