微生物还原钒、铬过程的电子供体研究进展 被引量:2

摘要 钒(V)和铬(Cr)作为高毒性的重金属,严重威胁着人类健康和环境友好发展。微生物法是当前最具发展前景的重金属处理方法,被广泛关注和研究。总结了钒和铬还原的微生物种类及作用机理,针对该方法反应周期长、处理效率低的特点,重点介绍了外加低分子碳氢化合物、糖类与酸类物质、低级醇等有机电子供体或外加H2,零价铁,单质硫,天然矿物等无机电子供体强化钒和铬还原的相关技术应用及最新研究现状,最后给出了微生物法处理重金属V和Cr有待解决的问题和发展方向。 Vanadium and chromium are highly toxic heavy metals that pose a serious threat to human health and environmentally friendly development. Microbial method is currently the most promising method for heavy metal treatment, which has been widely concerned and studied. The microbial species and mechanism of vanadium and chromium reduction were summarized. The characteristics of the method were long, low processing efficiency,so the application of related technologies and the latest research status of vanadium and chromium reduction by external organic electron donors such as low molecular hydrocarbons, sugars,acids,and low alcohols,external inorganic electron donors such as hydrogen, zero-valent iron, elemental sulfur, natural minerals and so on were introduced. Finally,the microbial treatment of heavy metal vanadium and chromium have to be solved and the direction of development was given.
