摘要
慢性气道疾病的诊断、治疗和管理离不开肺功能的操作和解读,双向转诊的实施需要以肺功能技术的基层普及和推广为基础。为了适应呼吸慢性病管理的需要,在基层社区开展肺功能检查,有必要制定适合基层医疗卫生机构的基层肺功能检查指南。
