2019年4月中国甲乙丙类传染病疫情动态概要

Summary of National Data of Class A, B and C Communicable Diseases in China, April 2019

2019年4月(2019年4月1日0时至4月30日24时),全国(不含香港、澳门特别行政区和台湾地区,下同)共报告法定传染病916462例,死亡2008例。其中,甲类传染病无发病、死亡报告。乙类传染病中传染性非典型肺炎、白喉、脊髓灰质炎和人感染高致病性禽流感无发病、死亡报告,其余22种乙类传染病共报告发病329246例,死亡1992例。报告发病数居前5位的病种依次为病毒性肝炎、肺结核、梅毒、淋病和猩红热,占乙类传染病报告病例总数的93%。

In April 2019(from 00:00,1 April to 24:00,30 April),a total of 916 462 cases of notifiable communicable diseases,including 2 008 deaths,were reported in China(except Hong Kong,Macao Special Administrative Regions and Taiwan,the same below).No cases and deaths of the communicable diseases in class A were reported.No cases and deaths of severe acute respiratory syndrome,diphtheria,poliomyelitis and human infection with highly pathogenic avian influenza virus in class B were reported.For the remaining 22 communicable diseases in class B,329246 cases were reported,including 1992 deaths.The first 5 diseases in terms of reported case number were viral hepatitis,pulmonary tuberculosis,syphilis,gonorrhea and scarlet fever,accounting for 93%of the total reported cases in class B.
