摘要 目的:研究黄粉虫酶解物(TMH)体内外抗氧化活性和免疫活性。方法:研究TMH的还原能力及其对DPPH自由基和超氧阴离子自由基的清除能力;通过动物试验研究TMH的体内抗氧化能力和免疫能力。结果表明:TMH具有较强的抗氧化能力,对DPPH自由基、O_2^-·自由基的清除能力分别达到88.4%(10 mg/mL),61.0%(200 mg/L),还原能力为0.653(6 mg/L);动物试验表明,TMH可以显著提高小鼠血浆、肝脏中CAT、GSHPx、T-SOD(P<0.05)活力,降低MDA(P<0.05)含量并抑制羟自由基能力;显著增加血清中IgG、IgM、IL-4、IFN-γ(P<0.05)的含量,提高小鼠脾脏和肝脏指数,表现出较强的抗氧化能力以及改善机体免疫功能的作用。 Objective:The antioxidant activity and immune activity of the Tenebrio molitor hydrolysate(TMH)in vivo and in vitro were investigated.Methods:DPPH·radical and O2-·radical scavenging capacity and the reducing potential were measured in vitro.The capacity of antioxidant and immune of TMH were studied via animal experiments.Result:TMH revealed strong reducing potential and free radical-scavenging capacity in vitro.The scavenging capacity of DPPH·radical and O2^-·radical were determined as 88.4%(10 mg/mL),61%(200 mg/mL).And the reducing potential of TMH was 0.653(6 mg/mL).The activities of T-SOD,CAT,GSH-Px and OH·radicals scavenging capacity and the concentrations of IgG,IgM,IL-4 and IFN-γboth in plasma and liver was significantly increased(P<0.05).In addition,the immune organs index was significantly increased(P<0.05)and the content of MDA was significantly reduced(P<0.05).The results suggested that TMH has better antioxidant effect and could improve the humoral immune function in mice.
