液压扭矩扳手同步控制系统设计

Design on synchronous control system for hydraulic torque wrench

摘要 针对重型机械装备上大规格螺栓的连接可靠性问题,设计了液压扭矩扳手电液比例同步控制系统。介绍了电液比例同步控制系统的设计方案,分析了其工作原理及特性。通过AMESim仿真对所设计的液压同步控制系统进行验证,随机抽取多组仿真结果,证明所设计系统具备良好的同步性,为液压同步控制回路的分析和设计提供参考。 In view of the connection reliability of the large bolt in heavy machinery equipment, the electrohydraulic proportional synchronous control system for the hydraulic torque wrench was designed. In the paper, the design scheme of the electro-hydraulic proportional synchronous control system was introduced,and its working principle and characteristics were analyzed. And then, the designed system was validated by AMESim simulation. The random samplings of multi-group simulation results indicated the designed system was characterized by excellent synchronization, which offered reference for the analysis and design of the hydraulic synchronous control circuit.
