摘要
摩擦式提升机的提升钢丝绳在运行中承受各种应力以及冲击载荷的综合作用。分析了影响提升钢丝绳使用寿命的各种因素,结合矿井提升基础理论及国内典型矿山摩擦式提升机提升钢丝绳的使用情况,从多个方面提出了延长提升钢丝绳使用寿命的措施,对于新建或在用矿山有一定的参考或借鉴意义。
The hoisting steel rope of the friction hoist carries various stress and impact load during operation.The paper analyzed various influential factors about the service life of the hoisting steel rope, and then in combination of the basic theory of mine hoisting system and the operation status of the hoisting steel rope of typical mine friction hoist in China, proposed various measures to prolong the service life of the hoisting steel rope, which was of some reference for the mine under construction or in service.
