通过对国内安全生产检测检验机构测量矿井提升机制动力矩现状的分析,给出了几种引起矿井提升机制动力矩测量不确定度的主要因素,采用测量不确定度的常规评定方法,逐项给出具体实施措施,并通过典型案例得到矿井提升机制动力矩测量不确定度的评定结果,使测量结果的可信程度有了量化性的结论,为检验机构提高质量管控提供一种行之有效的解决方案。

After the current status about the measurement of the braking moment of the mine hoist by domestic safe production inspection and testing departments being analyzed, the main factors resulting in the measurements uncertainty of the braking moment of the mine hoist were proposed. In addition, the common methods to appraise the measurement uncertainty were applied, and specific measures were listed one by one,then the appraisement results of the measurement uncertainty of the braking moment of the mine hoist were obtained via typical cases. The measurements credibility was quantified, which offered an effective solution for the inspection and testing department to enhance quality management.
