摘要
根据炉卷轧机的特点和支撑辊的工况,对出现缺陷的支撑辊提出2种修复方案,运用NX Nastran软件对不同修复方案进行有限元分析,根据分析结果及强度要求选定合理的修复方案,修复后支撑辊的疲劳寿命满足设计要求。
According to the features of the coil mill and the operation condition of the supporting roll, two kinds of repair schemes for defected supporting rolls were offered. And then, NX Nastran software was applied to conduct FEA on the schemes. Finally, according to the analysis results and strength requirement, reasonable repair scheme was identified. Repaired supporting roll met the design requirement of the fatigue life.
