摘要
为解决新能源汽车充电时间长、续航里程短的问题,研制了一款新能源汽车用耐高温直流充电电缆。该电缆采用6类绞合裸铜线为导体,确保了电缆的柔软性;信号控制线芯导体采用防弹丝增强,提高信号控制线芯的强度;采用铝塑复合带绕包和镀锡铜丝编织的复合屏蔽工艺,降低了屏蔽层表面转移阻抗,提高了电缆屏蔽效率;采用125℃辐照交联聚烯烃为绝缘材料,提高了电缆的耐温等级,确保电缆可长期在125℃温度下工作;采用聚氨酯弹性体为护套材料,提高了电缆的耐磨性能和抗撕性能。经检测,该新能源汽车用耐高温直流充电电缆完全可满足高功率、快速充电的需求。
In order to solve the problems of long charging time and short endurance mileage for new energy vehicles, a high temperature resistant DC charging cable for new energy vehicles is developed. Class 6 stranded bare copper wire is used as conductor to ensure the cable flexibility;Kevlar fiber is used to enhance the conductor of signal control wire core to enhance the strength of signal control wire core;composite shielding technology of wrapping aluminum-plastic composite tape and braiding tin-plated copper wire is adopted to reduce the surface transfer impedance of shielding layer and improve the cable shielding efficiency;the 125 ℃ irradiation crosslinked polyolefin is used as insulation material to improve the cable temperature class and ensure that the cable can work at 125 ℃ for a long time;the polyurethane elastomer is used as sheath material to improve the abrasion resistance and tear resistance of the cable. The test results show that the high temperature resistant DC charging cable for the new energy vehicles can fully meet the requirements of high power and fast charging.
