摘要
国外天然气处理厂硫磺回收装置中克劳斯燃烧炉进料多样,控制指标要求高,控制方案复杂。通过对燃烧炉的燃料气和酸性气配风方案以及Vm(H2S)/Vm(SO2)控制方法的详细介绍,阐述了仪表的控制参数,有效地提高了燃烧炉的燃烧效率,使烟气污染物的排放达到了环保标准,整体提高了控制回路的自动投运水平和装置的运行可靠性。
For sulfur recovery unit of foreign natural gas processing plants, the feeds are variable, the control requirements are high and the control schemes are complicated to CLAUS burner. Through the detailed description of air distribution scheme of fuel gas and acid gas, the volume ratio control of H 2 S and SO 2 in burner, the instrument control parameters are elaborated. The combustion efficiency of the CLAUS burner is effectively improved, as well as the emission of flue gas pollutants reaches the environmental protection standard. The overall automatic operation level of the control loop and the operational reliability of the device are improved.
