摘要
加氢反应器是加氢装置中重要的核心设备之一,由于反应器处于临氢、高温、高压的操作环境,反应器床层温度的检测成为装置安全运行的重要保障。针对各类加氢反应器床层温度的检测目标,详细分析了不同检测形式的选择,并对比了多种检测技术的应用和优缺点,为加氢反应器床层温度检测技术方案的选择和仪表选型设计提供参考和指导。
Hydrogenation reactor is one of the most crucial equipment in hydrogenation installation. Since the reactor is in operating environment of hydrogen, high temperature and high pressure, the detection of the reactor bed temperature is the most important guarantee for the installation safety operation. Aiming at detecting objectives for all kinds of hydrogenation reactor bed temperature, the selection of different detection techniques are discussed in detail. The application and advantages/disadvantages of various detection technologies are compared. A reference and guidance for the selection of hydrogenation reactor bed temperature measuring scheme and instrument selection are provided.
