富氢气流量的测量与纯氢流量的计算

摘要 供需双方贸易交接计量以富氢气体中的纯氢量为准,由于测量的富氢气体中含有饱和水蒸气,随着温度的变化,其中的水蒸气与氢的体积分数均会发生变化,导致氢的平均相对分子质量不停变化,为测量带来困难。针对该问题,对比分析了涡街流量计方法、科氏力质量流量计方法、孔板流量计方法三种测量方案,最后选取孔板流量计结合热导式氢分析仪测量氢的体积分数,通过在流量演算器中进行密度补偿、干气部分计算、纯氢流量计算,实现了准确测量、数据可信。 The reference of custody transfer metering between the supply and demand sides is the amount of pure hydrogen in the hydrogen-rich gas. Because of the measured hydrogen-rich gas contains saturated water vapor, both the volume fraction of vapor and hydrogen will change corresponding to temperature change, which will lead to the change of the average relative molecular weight, and cause the difficulty for measurement. Aiming at the problem, orifice flowmeter combined with thermal conductivity type hydrogen analyzer is chosen to measure the volume fraction of hydrogen after comparison with three measurement schemes of the vortex flowmeter, coriolis mass flowmeter and orifice flowmeter. Density compensation, dry gas partial calculation and pure hydrogen flow calculation are carried out in flow calculation. Accurate measurement and the reliable data are realized.
