植物乳杆菌ZXH-1304S降解肌酐和尿酸的活力研究 被引量:3

摘要 体外利用含肌酐和尿酸的MRS培养基诱导植物乳杆菌ZXH-1304S,检测菌株体外降解肌酐和尿酸的能力,并考察其对酸性环境和胆盐的耐受能力。利用氧嗪酸钾和腺嘌呤灌胃建立高尿酸血症的大鼠模型,考察植物乳杆菌ZXH-1304S对模型大鼠血肌酐和尿酸的影响。体外实验结果表明,菌株可明显降解肌酐和尿酸,且该菌能较好地适应酸性环境,对胆盐有一定耐受性。体内实验结果表明,该菌能够极显著降低模型大鼠体内肌酐和尿酸的含量(p<0.01)。植物乳杆菌具有较强的降解肌酐和尿酸的能力,有望成为治疗高尿酸血症的替代疗法或补充疗法。 Lactobacillus plantarum ZXH-1304 S was induced with MRS medium contain uric acid and creatinine in vitro. The ability of strain on degradation of uric acid and creatinine were detected and the ability of tolerance of acid and cholate was investigated. Hyperuricemia rat model was established using oteracil potassium and adenine gavage. And the effect of Lactobacillus plantarum ZXH-1304 S on uric acid and creatinine of rat model was investigated. The experiment results in vitro showed that the strain could degrade creatinine and uric acid obviously,and had ability of tolerance acid and cholate. In vivo study indicated that this strain could reduce creatinine and uric acid in rat model extremely obviously(p<0.01). Lactobacillus plantarum ZXH-1304 S had ability of degrade creatinine and uric acid,being expected to be a substitution therapy or complementary therapy of hyperuricemia.
