从第六次评估探析公共图书馆的服务效能——以岐山县图书馆为例

On the Service Efficiency of Public Library Based on the Sixth National Assessment and Rating of Public Library:Taking Qishan County Library As an Example

第六次全国县级以上公共图书馆评估定级结果已于2018年8月公布。作为此次工作中服务效能部分资料的整理者和上传者,笔者试图从服务效能方面回顾并考查此次评估定级活动,以期对今后公共图书馆提升服务效能提出新的思路。

The results of the Sixth National Assessment and Rating of Public Library at or above the county level have been announced in August 2018. As the arranger and uploader of some materials of service efficiency in assessment work,the author tries to review and examine this assessment and rating activity from the aspect of service efficiency,so as to put forward new ideas for improving service efficiency of public libraries in the future.
