花状氢氧化镍的水热合成工艺研究

摘要 利用水热合成法制备了Ni(OH)2粉体,采用电子扫描显微镜(SEM)、激光粒度仪、X-射线衍射仪(XRD)分析了Ni(OH)2粉体的形貌、粒度及结构。结果表明:反应温度为120℃时,制备出来Ni(OH)2粉体为β型Ni(OH)2,形貌为花状微球结构,粒度曲线呈较好正态分布,颗粒大小均匀,峰值粒径约为45μm左右。 Ni(OH)2 powder was prepared by hydrothermal synthesis and characterized by electron microscopy (SEM),laser particle size analyzer and x-ray diffraction (XRD).The morphology,particle size and structure of the powder were studied.The results show that Ni(OH) 2 powder is β-type Ni(OH)2 when the reaction temperature is 120℃ and the morphology is flower-like microsphere structure.The particle size is uniform with a well distributed size curve and the peak particle size is about 45 μm.
