噁唑酰草胺和氰氟草酯复配对直播水稻田一年生禾本科杂草的研究与应用 被引量:3

摘要 [目的]为明确噁唑酰草胺与氰氟草酯复配对直播水稻田一年生禾本科杂草的防除效果以及对水稻的安全性。[方法]用茎叶喷雾法测定了2种除草剂室内联合作用试验,并对筛选的除草剂进行单因素随机区组田间药效试验。[结果]温室试验结果显示,噁唑酰草胺与氰氟草酯混配对稗草、千金子具有明显的加和作用,噁唑酰草胺与氰氟草酯以1∶1比例混配的加和作用明显。田间试验表明,20%噁唑酰草胺·氰氟草酯悬乳油(1∶1)以有效成分用量180~225g.a.i./hm^2进行田间喷雾,药后30d对直播水稻田一年生禾本科杂草的总鲜重防效可达到90.2%~96.1%。[结论]噁唑酰草胺与氰氟草酯以1∶1的比例混配能够有效防除直播水稻田一年生禾本科杂草,且对水稻安全,杀草速度较快。 [Aims]The study aims to clarify the control effects of mixture with metamifop and Cyhalofop-butyl on the annual grass weeds in direct-seeded rice fields and the safety of rice.[Methods]The indoor combined action of two herbicides was determined by the spray method of stem and leaf,and the field efficacy test of single factor random zone group was carried out.[Results]The results of the greenhouse test showed that the combination of metamifop and cyhalofop-butyl ester had a significant additive effect on echinochloa crusgalli and semen euphorbia,and the additive effect of oxazolamide and cyhalofoprin in a 1∶1 ratio.Obviously.Field trials showed that 20% metamifop · cyhalofop-butyl emulsifiable concentrate (1∶1) was sprayed in the field with the active ingredient dosage of 180~225g.a.i/hm^2,and 30 days after the drug was applied to the live rice field.The total fresh weight control effect of grass can reach 90.2%~96.1%.[Conclusions] The mixture of oxazolamide and Cyhalothrin in a ratio of 1∶1 can effectively control annual grass weeds in direct seeding paddy fields,which is safe to rice and can kill weeds quickly.
