基于线性规划法的聚丙烯装置排产计划优化

摘要 为解决聚丙烯装置多个牌号排产、市场投放的难题,本文以收益最优为目标,通过利用线性规划法(LP)建立排产优化模型,对产品各个牌号产量、市场投放量进行优化,得出最优的排产计划及其最优产品流向方案,以确保整个装置效益最优,该方法还可以评估最佳投放方案和产品流向下新产品占有率,对公司聚丙烯产品增值、聚丙烯装置经济效益提升具有重要的指导意义。 In order to solve the difficulty of Multiple types production schedules,sale areas plan for products,sale quantities in different target markets.The paper use linear program(LP) to establish the optimal model for optimizing different type quantities and optimizing sale quantities in different target markets.the optimal production schedules and production sale schedule and the economic interests to be gained by solving the optimal model.the optimal sale plan,sale share and sale is to be estimated by the mothed.It has important guiding significance for the company's value-added of polypropylene products and the economic benefits of polypropylene devices.
