摘要
1Mt/a混合油加氢装置设计上以蜡油和催化柴油的混合油为原料,但实际生产中以蜡油为原料,不再掺炼催化柴油。并根据公司要求灵活控制加氢深度,装置能够满负荷状态,生产平稳。为了考察装置在加氢深度较浅的情况下物料平衡、能耗、产品质量情况及各设备的运转情况,利用3天时间对装置运行情况进行标定。
The 1Mt/a mixed oil hydrogenation unit is designed with the mixed oil of wax oil and catalytic diesel as raw materials,but the actual production uses wax oil as raw material,and no longer mixes catalytic diesel oil. According to the company's requirements,the hydrogenation depth can be flexibly controlled,and the device can be fully loaded and the production is stable. In order to inspect the material balance,energy consumption,product quality and operation of each equipment under the condition of shallow hydrogenation depth,the operation of the unit was calibrated in 3 days.
